How do we reserve our date?

A $1,500 non-refundable deposit reserves your wedding date and services. We don’t require you to commit to any Food, Beverage and Service package at this time… we can work on that throughout the upcoming months.

How does The Bar work?

We have several different bar set-ups. Our full-service indoor bar will supply you and your guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the night. Drinks can be paid for via an Open Bar, Select Open Bar, or Cash Bar. Do you have a Signature Cocktail? We’ve got your covered!

Can I hire an outside catering company?

You are more than welcome to select an outside caterer for food service. Outside catering companies are required to set-up, break down, and clean up the catered site. The per person catering fee will depend on the level of service your caterer is providing. We’re happy to service droped-off food. All caterers must be licensed professionals.

What happens if it rains?

…We got you covered. There will be a pre-determined poor weather contingency plan set in place. Sometimes this includes another tent or a change in ceremony site. There is no additional cost for this service.

When can we come decorate...What restrictions do you have?

We guarantee access to the venue on the morning of your wedding. Day before storage is typically available. Day before access is typically not available- but may be depending on our schedule.

We encourage you to make the venue your own- just make sure to keep us in the loop! (wait…. your bringing an elephant?)

How many guests can you accommodate?

The facility can comfortably handle 400+guests. Our average wedding size is 130-150 guests.
